The 8 bit digital inputs and outputs may be specified to be the top byte (8 - 15) or the low byte (0 - 7).  The top byte of digital inputs act as Event inputs, extending the pair of Events 0 and 1 on the front panel.

The CED Break Out boxes plug in to the rear panel Cannon expansion connectors and offer the user BNC connectors, which may be more convenient.

Instead of the boxes, we can supply connections to a rack mount strip, like the patch panel above, at extra cost.
